A new hypercar from the US

You probably haven’t heard for Lyons Motor Car. This is because it was founded in 2011 and they still haven’t released a car. Well, this is going to change. According to this company statement, they will make the world’s fastest car! It should be revealed at the New York International Auto Show from April 3-12. The founder of Lyons Motor Car is Kevin Lyons. He believed that none US car cannot compete with European cars like: Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bugatti and Pagani. Due to this, he wants to make a hypercar that will be the fastest car in the world!

Their first car will be called LM2 Streamliner! It will be powered with 8.2 liters V8 engine, producing 1.700 HP! This engine should provide 0-60 mph time of just 2.2 seconds and a top speed of 290 mph (467 km/h). If they succeed in making this car, it will be the fastest production car in the world. At this moment, these numbers are just hypothetical.

This car will be made from carbon fiber. Its shape shall be unique, curved and pointy, for better aerodynamics. The suspension should have sport and racing settings. For stopping, this car will use Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes. Maybe even more impressive is ECU in this car. It will be the most advanced microprocessor-controlled system ever fitted to a car. The driver can control all settings from the 16 inch touch screen, located on the dash, or via smartphone app. Instead of wing mirrors, this car will have cameras, and monitors, fitted inside the car. The LM2 Streamliner is still in development and that prototype will be shown on New York Auto Show. In the future there shall be a fully electronic version of this car.
